5. Reflect on the analysis of CBC vote compass results. Share some of them in your post. Consider - did the results surprise you, were any contradictory, do you think the vote compass has helped you to figure out who you might vote for - explain....

My results for the voting compass were that my interests related to the NDP party. This slightly surprised me even though I was going to vote for the NDP party. I mostly want to vote for the NDP party because of everything that they said they were going to do on like lower the taxes and raise welfare rates. The voting compass has helped me have more reasons to vote for the NDP.

Even if I don’t choose to vote for the NDP’s the second choice for me was the Liberals. But I think I would rather vote for the conservatives because they are the in between of Liberals and NDP and might not cause the loss of as much money as the Liberals.

I think the voting compass is very helpful because it tells you lots of info on your party that you want to vote for and it helps you figure out whom to vote for. Like the many people who don’t want to vote can use this and see which parties answer for problems they responded to. This could cause more people to vote because they would know who they would know who they wanted to vote for. Also the voting compass can help educate kids on how to vote and on politics. The questions on the compass would be great for them even though they would have some trouble answering.  This was my voting compass results and what I think of the voting compass.
